MEGHAN ROGERS
Meghan is a creative and accomplished marketer who is known for getting things done - taking big ideas and turning them into actionable and results driven plans. With more than 15 years' experience in the Sports and Entertainment industry, Meg has held leadership positions with iconic Canadian brands including Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, The Canadian Football League, The Grey Cup and the Toronto Argonauts Football Club. Meg has a knack for finding synergies and solving problems for brands and partners alike. Having found success on all sides of the business; agency, client and property, she has a unique perspective in terms of knowing what everyone needs and wants when tackling issues. A former NCAA Division I athlete, Meg is a collaborative team player, an integrated leader and a creative thinker. On weekends and evenings, she and her husband divide their time between local hockey rinks and soccer pitches cheering on their 4 young kids. She loves a good "home project" and is happiest when the house is full with family and friends.

SARA MOORE
Sara is a well-respected C-Suite executive with an exuberance and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional and profitable customer focused strategies and programs utilizing her brand building skills, operational expertise and sales acumen.
With over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of industries and with strong results in both smaller start-up environments and for companies with a global presence, Sara brings a wealth of resources and skills that she is able to apply to solve any business or marketing dilemma. She has spent the last 10 years of her career in the Sports and Entertainment world, building strong emotional connections between fans and brands. As both COO of the Toronto Argonauts, and SVP Marketing and Publicity at Alliance Atlantis, Sara focussed on exceptional brand building, creating a rewarding customer experience and consistently aligning deliverables to the overall corporate strategy.
Sports is also where Sara’s heart lies, a former Varsity hockey player at Queen’s University and a current hockey coach with her D1 Certification she consistently gives her time back to the growth of womens’ sports. She is a frequent speaker on the importance of keeping girls physically active and in particular the value of team sports in the development of strong female leaders.












SERVICES
Meghan and Sara have a deep well of expertise and contacts to draw upon when delivering on an assignment. Both women have worked for agencies and in a variety of industries.
They have hands-on and project management expertise in banking, telecommunications, automotive, sports and entertainment and have run teams and built both strategies and departments that delivered results for everything from start-ups to billion dollar multi-nationals.
PREVIOUS WORK
After successful careers in a variety of consumer-facing industries, Sara and Meghan began working
together at the CFL in 2013. Working together they focused their efforts on building and transforming
the CFL brand and attracting a newer and more dynamic fan base. They engaged with current and
prospective CFL fans across the country to build a workable model of new fans they could attract, and
the messages and programs needed to bring new fans and partners to the game. Here is a small sample
of the projects they developed and oversaw during their time at the CFL and at the Toronto Argonauts

Grey Cup Festival 2016
A 6 day festival and Championship Game which attracted more than a hundred thousand fans and generated tens of millions of dollars in economic benefit for the City of Toronto. The GC Festival offered 25 different events including awards shows, concerts, a gala, speakers series, street festival, school programming and much more.

Toronto Argonauts Rebrand 2016
In 2015, under new ownership, The Toronto Argonauts Football Club was in need of a new identity and a rallying cry to get football fans to come out to its new home stadium at BMO Field. Sara and Meghan undertook research with both diehard existing fans and prospective fans to find the right product offering, pricing strategy and messaging to establish the franchise as an exciting sports event in Toronto. The resulting work was incredibly successful; driving strong ticket sales, attracting new partners and offering a new game day experience unlike any other in the city.

BOKS
In collaboration with Reebok Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada, the CFL spearheaded the introduction of the renowned BOKS program to Canada. CFL teams and players brought the BOKS program to schools across the country. Program launch generated significant media attention.

Grey Cup x eLuxe
We partnered with celebrities and influencers to develop a first-ever, fashion-forward women’s clothing line for the Grey Cup. Items were sold exclusively online and at events and sold out in record time.

The Shipyard
An authentic pre-game party held adjacent to BMO Field, hosting up to 6000 fans before each game. Working the AGCO and MADD, we were able to run the first legal tailgate party in the province of Ontario. Multiple activations for all fans included sponsored beer gardens, VIP hosting, live entertainment and partner activations.

CFL Community
A league-wide CSR platform which drove awareness of the significant dollars raised and hours spent on community service by the league and its 9 teams.

CFL and YCP
Led the negotiations to become the first professional sports league to partner with You Can Play and worked with all teams to create programming to promote the partnership. Generated millions of positive impressions for the league.
